Health and Safety

Vale Park Demolition Services recognizes that the risks associated with demolition and its related works can be a source of anxiety to potential clients. However through our commitment to safe systems of work, regular risk assessment and a continuous process of management and operative training, Vale Park Demolition sets as its objective the delivery of a high quality and safe service to its clients.
For Vale Park Demolition Services operatives, problems are to be surmounted through a rigorous system of risk assessment and consultation with supervisors through to senior management.
Health and safety means nothing if it is simply seen as a paper work exercise. At Vale Park Demolition we are committed to a bottom up, operative centric approach to health and safety.
To that end, Vale Park Demolition Services has signed the skills pledge with Train to Gain; established a Training and Development Plan with Construction Skills, whose cornerstone is a commitment to regular and interactive tool box talks at site level. In addition, as a member of the National Demolition Training Group and the North West Construction Safety Group, Vale Park Demolition Services benefits from access to their expertise, advice and training provisions.
Furthermore, the Senior Contracts manager at Vale Park Demolition has recently been accredited with the NEBOSH level 3 Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. In addition, Vale Park Demolition employs an external health and safety company, Sterling Safety Services to provide annual safety audits."
